Ian Quint graduated from McGill University before obtaining his law degree from York University in 2005. After being called to the New-York State Bar, Ian started working immediately in the real-estate business. Ian quickly obtained a General Contractor license and acted as a general contractor for the construction of Brasswater's industrial, commercial, residential and office projects. He takes pride in building and managing properties to the highest standards in the industry. He wants to create the best space possible for companies to flourish and prosper.

Terri Sauro has been Brasswater's CFO since 2016. She is responsible for all aspects of finance, treasury, financial reporting, tax planning, human resources and Information Technology for the organization. She conceives and implements solutions for operational and organizational efficiencies and provides structure to support the company's rapid growth.

Terri is a native Montrealer and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in 1982 and subsequently received her CPA designation from the Quebec CPA Order in 1984. Terri has an extensive career in real estate having previously held senior vice president positions at Kevlar Group, Nexacor Realty Management and has also held Director level positions at TrizecHahn and other major real estate companies where she was a key member of the management team.

Marc-André has more than 10 years' experience in commercial real estate and project development. He joined officially Brasswater's ranks in 2018 after working numerous years as an expert-consultant. He now drives all Brasswater projects, from pre–development to construction.

Prior to joining Brasswater, Marc-André was an urbanist and development director with Harden Group from 2013 to 2016 until he founded his own consulting firm M-A.B Urbaniste Conseil.

As Vice President in Brasswater, Peter Luk is responsible for overseeing all aspects in building constructions and takes an active part in the corporation's real estate due diligence process, including acquisition or of an asset sale. Throughout the past two decades, Peter has demonstrated a keen ability to lead, to motivate teams, leveraging technical expertise and legal knowledge to drive success. Peter has a Building Engineering degree from Concordia University and with a strong background in historical building retrofit, structural and building envelope designs. Peter is a licensed Engineer in the Province of Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia.

Michael is Brasswater's Senior Property Manager. He has more than 30 years' experience in this field. He manages the teams to care for the day-to-day operation of Brasswater's assets.

Michael has managed several buildouts of commercial lease spaces related to a variety of different commercial buildings. He also has experience in accounting, sales and leasing which helps him understand the different sides of the real estate business. Prior to joining Brasswater, Michael was a property manager/director for CarbonLeo, Oxford, DGI, Primaris Management and Ivanhoé Cambridge. Throughout his career, Michael has helped distressed properties completely turn around and become profitable. Michael holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Laval University and holds several certificates in shopping centers management, leasing, CSM designation, negotiation, retail tendencies and sales.

Simon is Brasswater's Vice-President of Investments. His passion and creativity in the real estate investment industry has allowed him to develop an expertise in the acquisition of real-estate properties in fast-paced and challenging environments. Simon's skills are perfect for Brasswater, and he has helped to grow the new acquisition pipeline of opportunities and structure complex acquisitions.

Prior to joining Brasswater, Simon worked for Werklive Group and Ivanhoe Cambridge. Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.

Claudia is Brasswater's senior director of legal affairs. As head of the legal department, Claudia oversees all acquisitions in Canada and the US, leasing matters, and corporate legal matters. Prior to joining Brasswater, Claudia began her career at a boutique law firm in Montreal where she primarily focused on financings. While at the firm, Claudia was exposed to various aspects of the real estate industry and quickly developed an interest in commercial real estate. Claudia is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Florida Bar.

He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate domain. He leads the team responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at Brasswater. He has managed numerous categories of commercial properties: office, strip, and closed shopping centers as well as industrial buildings in Montreal and in Eastern Canada.

Prior to joining Brasswater, he was a Property Manager/Director for Groupe Petra, Smart Centres, Centercorp, Cadillac Fairview and Ivanhoé Cambridge. Throughout his career, Louis-Marc has worked to build successful teams that are focused on customer service.

Louis-Marc is also an entrepreneur and co-owns residential properties and works in partnership with local organizations to find housing for the homeless and other struggling families.
